Our cancellations & no-show policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. As you can appreciate, our practitioners turn away clients to hold your appointment, hence any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or no-shows) will result in a cancellation fee.
Please be punctual
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to check-in and complete any necessary forms, especially in the current climate where we have extra safety protocols in place. Sometimes, lateness is due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are late for your appointment we will do everything to accommodate you, however if it is not possible for us to extend your appointment time, you will be charged the full fee .
Customer etiquette
At Walking on Clouds, we have a zero tolerance policy for verbal, physical or sexual harassment in any form whatsoever. Any such incidents will result in the appointment being immediately curtailed or cancelled and the incident reported to the relevant authorities.
Your belongings
Please kindly keep all personal belongings with you at all times. Walking on Clouds will not accept liability for the loss, damage or theft of any belongings.
Gift vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond their expiry date. If a gift voucher is used to secure a booking, once the booking has been confirmed the voucher is classed as redeemed and as such normal terms and conditions apply to your visit or in the event of cancellation.
